WVARF Conference Opening Keynote Presentation will be given by Expectations Matter’s Darla Ervin and Kevin Smith

Expectations Matter presenters Darla Ervin and Kevin Smith will be giving the Opening Keynote presentation at the West Virginia Association of Rehabilitation Facilities (WVARF) state conference on October 29–30 at Fairmont State University.  

WVARF acts to support nonprofit organizations that empower individuals with disabilities to find meaningful employment through planning, training, and advising. This conference is for the directors and top staff of Community Rehabilitation Programs (CRPs), which are the places that help people with disabilities find jobs and gain skills.
